We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail advising you of when it will be available. If you wish to cancel the order at that stage you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of that order.
You should receive your order from 48hours of the shipping date.
At present we will not ship outside of UK and Ireland.
Shipping is via Royal Mail starting at £1.28 inc vat. For larger items eg Table Tennis tables, shipping will come direct from the wholesaler who will contact you direct to arrange delivery. These items are non refundable unless found to be faulty.
Returns
If you would like to return your purchase you may do so at you own cost or we can arrange pickup at charge of the customer. The product must be returned unopened and within 7 day's of purchase. If it is not returned unopened or within 7 days we may accept the return but may charge a restocking fee. We will only accept returns once a member of Capstick Sports has authorised return with an RMA number.
For an item(s) that is believed to have a fault can be returned within the manufacturers warranty period and after checking for a fault a refund or exchange will be issued depending on the age of faulty product. If the product is found not to be faulty the customer will have to pay for a shipping/testing fee of up to £42 inc VAT. The shipping fee to get the product to the customer is never refunded on a returning product unless the product is confirmed faulty. On larger items an authorisation number must be aquired and the wholesaler will contact you direct to arrange a convenient time to collect the faulty item.
